The analog indicator function of the instrument:

 

1.Engine cooling water temperature indication:

Display engine cooling water temperature.

If the water temperature is normal during operation, the green zone light is on.

If the red zone light is on during the operation. It means that the water temperature is higher than 102℃, the engine water temperature alarm indicator flashes, and the monitor sounds an alarm. At this time, stop the engine immediately or reduce the engine speed to idle speed, and check the condition of the cooling water.

2.Fuel level indication:

Indicates the amount of fuel in the fuel tank.

If the fuel level is normal during operation, the green area will light up.

If only the red area is lit during the operation, it means that the remaining fuel in the fuel tank is less than 10% of the total amount of fuel. It should be checked and refueled in time.

 

3. Chronometer

The table shows the total time of machine operation, the time unit is 6 minutes.

If the machine starts less than an hour, but more than 6 minutes, the instrument will automatically store the machine working time! If the machine starts more than one hour, the last digit of the four digits of the meter will add 1 hour! The monitor has a timing anti-theft function. When the engine is running, the working hour meter will count, even if the machine is not driving. The maximum time is 9999 hours.

4.Rotating speed:

Indicates the engine speed. The unit is rpm. Four-digit LCD display.

Instrument switch alarm and indication function:

1.Charging instructions:

Indicates the working state of the generator. After starting the engine:

When the generator is working properly, the symbol is always on or flashing.

When the generator works abnormally, this symbol is not displayed. At this time, the working condition of the generator should be checked.

 

2.Oil pressure indication:

Indicates the working state of engine oil pressure. When the engine oil pressure works abnormally, it indicates that the oil pressure is too low, the oil pressure alarm light flashes, and the monitor emits an audible and visual alarm.

 

3.Oil pollution alarm indication:

 

Indicates the working state of the oil filter.

When the oil line filter is in normal operation, this symbol is not displayed.

When the oil filter is blocked, the alarm lamp of the main oil filter flashes and the monitor emits an audible and visual alarm.

At this time, the main oil circuit filter element should be checked, cleaned or replaced.

 

4.Preheating status indication:

When this light is on, it indicates that the brake light is working.
