XCMG G7 6*4 25 ton Small Mining Dumper Truck XGA3250D2WC.
XCMG G7 mining dumper truck are equipped with Weichai and Sinotruk engine, Fast transmission, Hande axle, which are the most successful brand in each field. The horsepower is from 336HP to 430HP to meet multiple demands.
1. The chassis adopts high-strength double-layer frame structure and local three-layer reinforcement, which makes the truck more reliable and a stronger bearing capacity. Large flow steering machine makes steering is still easy under heavy load conditions.
2. The drive shaft of XCMG G7 dumper truck is upgraded to mining specific use, with a larger diameter, higher strength and more durable. High-strength spring steel is selected for the front and rear suspensions and the topology is optimized to significantly improve reliability while reducing weight, making it more robust in harsh road conditions.
3. The water-proof performance of the chassis has been improved by optimizing the location of parts and upgrading the water-proof measures. Standard desert air filter, optional oil filter air filter.
4·Excellent driving configuration synchronized with the latest generation of luxury quiet cabs in Europe. The overall cage structure is adopted, and the thickest part of the steel plate is up to 4mm, which significantly improves the impact resistance and deformation resistance, and the safety reaches the international level.
5. High-grade sound insulation, heat insulation materials, and many vibration and noise reduction techniques are used in all-face applications to effectively block noise and vibration. 6·Superior power. The special mobile version of the mobile assembly composed of Weichai, Fast, and Hande is adopted, with strong performance, quick start and super easy. The engine is equipped with a four-wheeled engine as standard, which has more complete combustion, strong explosion, and torque up to 2200N.m.
7. The gearbox adopts a cast iron box body, which is durable and suitable for severe road conditions. The rear axle is preferably a 16-ton MAN rear axle or a 16-ton Mercedes-Benz rear axle, which has strong load-bearing capacity and has no pressure when climbing a pit.
