Motor Grader Display Panel Gauge Monitor

The motor grader display panel gauge monitor mainly collects signals through sensors installed on various parts of the machine, and is processed by the instrument's own acquisition system or controller, and then converted into images or indicator lights (light-emitting diodes) to complete the display and alarm of analog and switching values. And through the LCD or other modules, it can complete the indication of the working hours of the machine or the cumulative display of the working hours, and at the same time reflect the working status of the excavator through the built-in fault diagnosis system, prompting the user to maintain the host.

It can display left steering, right steering, charging, front light indication, brake indication, air filter alarm, working oil temperature alarm, mute indication, oil pressure, feed, cooling water temperature, chronograph display, tachometer display.

 

Use the quick and easy judgment method to check whether the monitor is normal:

 

(1) When the key is opened, the charging indicator light is on, indicating that the generator is not working. After the engine is started, the charging indicator light is off, indicating that the generator is working, otherwise the generator is damaged or the harness is poorly connected.

 

(2) Use the short-circuit method to quickly determine whether the "water temperature, air pressure and fuel level" of the instrument are working properly:

 

A. No display of cooling water temperature:

Disconnect the connector of the engine water temperature sensor, ground the connector at the end of the wiring harness instantaneously, observe whether the water temperature grid of the monitor is all bright, and give an alarm at the same time, it proves that the monitor is normal, otherwise, the temperature sensor is faulty.

 

B. No indication of fuel level:

Disconnect the fuel level sensor connector, ground the connector at the harness end instantaneously, and observe whether the fuel grid of the monitor is all bright. If it is fully lit, it proves that the monitor is normal, otherwise, the fuel sensor is faulty.

 

C. No display of air pressure:

When the engine is running, disconnect the pressure sensor connector, the monitor oil pressure is full, and short-circuit the disconnected connector to ground to see if the monitor oil pressure light grid is lit, it is normal, otherwise the pressure sensor is damaged .

(3) After the instrument is powered on, without the sensor connected, the fuel, water temperature, display 1 grid, air pressure and oil pressure display full grid! When the corresponding sensor is grounded, the fuel shows full grid, the water temperature shows full grid and alarms, and the air pressure and oil pressure show 1 grid and alarms.
