Product Features

1. The low voltage winding uses copper flat wire or copper foil winding structure, while the high voltage winding often adopts multi-layer cylinder or continuous structure, so that the ampere turns of winding is balanced, leakage flux is small, mechanical strength is high and ability to withstand short circuit is strong.

2. The core and windings take fastening measures. The transformer body, HV and LV leads and other fastening parts are provided with self-locking locknuts and unsuspended structure.

3. The coil and iron core adopt vacuum drying. The vacuum oil filtering and filling process is used to minimize the moisture inside the transformer.

4. The oil tank has novel structure, compact design, and small occupied area.
