Recently, XCMG delivered 100 pure electric dump trucks to Anji, Zhejiang to help with local construction.

The trucks delivered come in two versions:

●  423 degree rechargeable version.  In 2019, XCMG launched its first thousand-unit-project —‘Shenzhen Blue’. After three years of iterative optimization, the product from the project has been renewed and its performance has been comprehensively upgraded. The dual gun DC fast charging takes less than 1.5 hours to fully charge the vehicle, and it doesn’t require a battery change station;

● Power exchange version. Dump truck equipped with replaceable battery set only takes 3-5 minutes to regain the power.

The customer said, ‘XCMG pure electric heavy truck has great advantages in power saving. In the preliminary test, the operating cost of these two products is 2 yuan lower per kilometer compared with the fuel heavy truck we are currently using.’

XCMG automobile was the first to develop and advocate the power exchange product scheme. It created the country's first urban power exchange dump truck demonstration project, and continue to polish the products through experimental projects in Hebei, Henan, Shandong and Hubei.
