XCMG's First Thailand Service Launch Ceremony was Grandly Held in Bangkok
Recently, XCMG's first Thailand service launch ceremony was grandly held in Bangkok, Thailand. This service is jointly carried out by XCMG and the Thai distributor CHINA MACHINE. It is planned to dispatch nearly 50 service vehicles and more than 60 service engineers to drive the whole area of Thailand, with a total travel distance of more than 11,800 kilometers.
This service will be oriented to the entire Thai market, covering all XCMG customers and customers in the industry in need, focusing on on-site investigations on product usage, working conditions and equipment requirements, after-sales service requirements, spare parts requirements, etc., to collect customer feedback on products and opinions and suggestions for service quality improvement, with the service tenet of "meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations", strengthening communication links, and winning customers' favor.
The purpose of the activity is to help customers solve operational and service maintenance problems encountered during the use of the equipment, follow up customer information, and promote out-of-contract maintenance, spare parts sales, secondary purchases of the whole machine, and collection of feedback on the use of big data throughout the product life cycle. The purpose is to build the first service brand of construction machinery in Thailand.
