Recently, XCMG’s 12-ton star product has received additional orders. Two XCMG LW1200KN loaders traveled across the ocean and were delivered to a customer for a bauxite mining project in Africa. This fully demonstrates the high recognition of the XCMG brand by users, and has laid a solid foundation for the XCMG large-tonnage loaders to increase their local market share.

As a pioneering work leading the development of large-tonnage loaders in China, the LW1200KN loader has become the first-choice for domestic and foreign ports, logistics and large-scale mine construction after its launch.

Based on user needs, XCMG focused on breakthroughs in market segments. In response to the harsh working environment, XCMG launched customized equipment solutions to effectively solve the problems of wet electrical components in the rainy season, heat dissipation of the whole machine in the dry season, and long-term exposure of the hose to fully guarantee the construction quality and efficiency.

From the first purchase in 2019, nine XCMG LW1200KN loaders have been put into mining and application in a bauxite mine in Africa.

The service guarantee responsibility is heavy in order to escort the construction of the project. XCMG assigns service engineers provide babysitting services all the year round to the equipment, and it is normal to inspect the machines during work gaps.
