In order to curb the spread of the pandemic, China implements the policy of routinization of nucleic acid testing. To facilitate the 15 minutes ‘sampling circle’, XCMG launched the Modular Intelligent Nucleic Acid Detection Cabin, which is independently developed and designed. In the near future, the product will be put into use in communities all over China.

The cabin is designed in nut shape with ‘angel white’ as the main color, and the lines and surfaces are integrated with XCMG blue and gold. The overall style is simple and tough.

XCMG Modular Intelligent Nucleic Acid Detection Cabin integrates the functions of registration, sampling, storage, disinfection and sterilization, etc., and sets up one registration window and two sampling windows, which allow two lines test at the same time: temperature measurement registration, test tube distribution, and sampling. ‘Zero contact’ can be assured in the whole process.

Modular Concept

Integrate the green and environmental protection design idea with the modular design concept, and meet the functional attributes and environmental protection attributes of the product at the same time. All components and facilities are processed and integrated in the factory. Four foma wheels are set at the bottom of the cabin, which is therefore movable, steerable adjustable.

Intelligent Configuration

The cabin boasts the functions of self-service code scanning registration, intelligent ID card comparison, automatic body temperature measurement, intelligent monitoring etc., reduce the work intensity of medical staff and reduce human investment.

User Friendly Design

The fully enclosed structure + positive pressure fresh air system is adopted to isolate outdoor pollution. The medical staff could use the closed long arm biochemical gloves to complete the nucleic acid sampling. At the same time, the cabin is equipped with ultraviolet induction disinfection and sterilization system, automatic hand sterilizer, air conditioner and other equipment to create a safer and comfortable working environment.
