The elevated expressway in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, is the aorta of traffic that runs through the main urban area. The construction method of the project is to crush the originally reserved concrete pile with a diameter of about 1.1 meters, and then use the pile driver to drive the steel sheet pile around the concrete pile, thereby building a viaduct extending in all directions.

Before the XCMG excavator enters the site, the concrete pile is crushed mainly by hand-held impact hammers, which is difficult and low in efficiency.

According to the diameter of the pile head of the concrete pile at the customer’s construction site, the XE370CA pile cutter can be equipped with a pile cutter that can adjust the diameter flexibly. The work efficiency is significantly improved and the construction period is greatly shortened.

After the concrete pile cutter breaks the piles, the XCMG XE370CA has been converted into a multi-function pile driver to perform steel sheet pile vibration strike operations, truly realizing one machine with multiple functions. At the same time, in order to maximize the operating efficiency of piling machines, XCMG also formulated a matching hydraulic modification plan to achieve high-efficiency operation of piling machines.
