Affected by the typhoon, heavy rainfall has occurred in Beijing, Hebei, Tianjin and other areas in recent days, causing floods and geological disasters in multiple regions, causing significant casualties and property losses.

    XCMG urgently coordinated with local agents and customers to quickly dispatch multiple equipment such as cranes, excavators, and loaders to urgently rescue and spare no effort in fighting the flood.

At around 10 pm on July 30th, a railway bridge on the Shitai Railway, located in Jingxing County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, was washed down by floods due to continuous heavy rainfall. After receiving a rescue mission organized by the Transportation Bureau of Jingxing County, XCMG’s excavators were quickly formed a team to carry out emergency rescue. In order to ensure the normal operation of on-site equipment, two XCMG service engineers were on standby throughout the whole process, maintained equipment and replaced accessories in rainstorm for many times, seized the rescue time, and fully guaranteed the smooth progress of on-site rescue work.

On August 1st, the water levels of several large reservoirs in Xiong'an New Area reached the warning line and were at any time in danger of breaking embankments. However, the embankment section of Daying Town was continuously soaked by high water level floods and has entered a high-risk period. At a critical moment, the agent of XCMG excavator in Hebei took the initiative to dispatch 4 excavators to the scene as soon as possible. At the same time, local service personnel and nearby customers were organized to participate in the rescue. After multiple hours of continuous fighting, the temporarily reinforced embankment successfully blocked the water flow and ensured the personal safety of local villagers.

On the early morning of August 2nd, the roads in the Mentougou area were severely damaged, with a large amount of mud accumulation on the road surface, and urgent repairs were needed. Upon receiving the message, the staff of XCMG Loader Company stationed in Beijing immediately responded and urgently contacted the operator to drive two loaders into the road repair.
