For XCMG service engineers who are accustomed to traveling along the Silk Road, it is a common occurrence to travel to different places. In Indonesia, due to unexpected circumstances, more than 30 XCMG vehicles were damaged and urgently needed repairs to meet deadlines. The after-sales team worked day and night, providing professional services to get all the damaged vehicles back on the road within four days. In South America, XCMG service engineers are stationed at service sites, on standby 24 hours a day, ensuring high attendance rates for each vehicle.
XCMG not only expands its presence globally but also establishes a strong foundation. In 2019, XCMG invested in building a factory in Nigeria with an annual production capacity of 4,000 vehicles, providing over 120 job positions and establishing a comprehensive after-sales service and spare parts network.
Currently, XCMG has provided over 10,000 emergency service supports overseas, saving customers approximately 6.8 million RMB in economic losses. XCMG is not only committed to timely after-sales service but also dedicated to advancing its technical capabilities and after-sales support, enhancing its responsiveness to the market and fulfilling its promise of "5-minute response, 1-hour arrival, and timely repair."
