Tips on Daily Inspection of the Electrical System of the Loader
Daily inspection and maintenance of the electrical system is a prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the electrical system. It effectively improves the reliability of each electrical component, reduces downtime caused by electrical system failure and improves equipment utilization.
1、Check the battery status indicator to confirm the battery power
Green light: sufficient power, can be used normally
Black light: insufficient power, need to be charged
White light: the battery is obsolete and needs to be replaced.
Special reminder: For vehicles that are parked for a long time, the battery should be removed. Even if parked indoors, such as hot or humid places, the battery should be removed and placed in a dry place for safekeeping, once a month for replenishment and charging.
2、Use of battery disconnect switch
Before starting the vehicle, turn on the battery on-off switch to the I position;
After the vehicle is turned off, make sure to disconnect the on-off switch to 0 position.
Special reminder: when repairing and maintaining the electrical system or other machine parts, make sure to check whether the on-off switch is in the disconnected state.
3、Check the centralized control box
The centralized control box is in the left rear side of the cab, regularly check whether the fuse and relay in the electrical centralized control box are loose.
Special reminder: when cleaning the vehicle, remember not to directly wash the electrical components and harness plugs.
