As the world's first truly landed zero-carbon industrial park, the construction of the Ordos Zero Carbon Industrial Park has injected new vitality into the transformation of the global energy structure.In this important project, the addition of the "world's first crane" 4,000-ton wheeled crane provides strong support for the smooth progress of the project.

This hoisting operation required the 117-ton cabin and transmission chain, and the 118-meter-long, 35-ton fan blades to be hoisted to a height of 190 meters, equivalent to a 60-story building.

XCA4000 lived up to expectations and performed stably. With the cooperation of the auxiliary crane, the hoisting, rotation, centering, and positioning were smooth and efficient, and won unanimous praise from the project owner and the construction unit.

"I drove the 4,000-ton crane. Although it is as long as 11 bridges, it is flexible in steering under its multiple driving modes, and it is not difficult to drive." Master Yang, the operator in charge of this hoisting, was surprised.

Talking about the operational strength, Master Yang said, "The efficiency and stability of the 4000-ton crane are far ahead! Now we are hoisting a 12.5MW hybrid tower wind turbine, which is currently the tallest land-based hybrid tower in the world. This time, it was hoisted with two hooks. The first hook was the cabin, and the second hook was the rotating chain. It only took more than 20 minutes to hoist it up. The efficiency can be considered very high."

The 4000-ton crane performed well in the operation, and its stability and accuracy met the expected standards. With its excellent performance and innovative technology, it has become the key to solving the installation problems of ultra-high-power wind turbines.
