Solid Support for African Mines
At the copper-gold polymetallic mine in Asmara, the capital of Eritrea in Africa, XCMG concrete machinery completed the pouring of 945 cubic meters of concrete for the main mining area in more than 40 hours. This is the largest mining project in Eritrea and an important achievement of the long-term cooperation between China and Eritrea, with an investment amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars. XCMG's HB43V pump truck, with its precise and efficient pumping ability, together with the G08V mixer truck, traveled around the clock between the mine mixing station and the construction site to ensure the smooth completion of the pouring task.
Construction of the first 8.6th generation AMOLED production line in China
In Chengdu, the site of Generation 8.6 AMOLED production line project, XCMG's concrete equipment was highly evaluated by the customer. 7 pump trucks, 5 truck-mounted pumps and 40 mixer trucks, a total of 52 pieces of equipment, participated in the concrete transportation and pouring task of the project. Especially the new energy mixer trucks are widely praised for their environmental protection and high efficiency. The construction site was full of jibs and the machines were running non-stop. XCMG's equipment performed well and provided strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
Construction Progress of North Yanjiang High-speed Railway
At the construction site of the Nantong section of the North Yanjiang High-speed Railway, the busy figures of XCMG's concrete pump trucks intertwine into a moving picture scroll. The North Yanjiang High-speed Railway is the eastern section of Shanghai-Chongqing-Rongshan High-speed Railway, which is a key part of the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railroad network. XCMG's HB62V pump truck, with its leading boom control technology, low vibration amplitude and high reliability, has performed well in the construction of the project. The HB37V pump truck, on the other hand, is particularly suitable for the complex construction environment with its lightweight and flexible features. Efficient Construction of Ningxia Zhongning ±800kV Converter Station
In the Ningxia Zhongning ±800 kV converter station project, XCMG HB37V pump trucks provide continuous support for the construction of the plant with their strong power. This converter station is the core part of the Ningxia-Hunan ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project. In the middle and late stages of the project, the main construction tasks were concentrated on the ground. With a minimum lifting boom height of 7.8 meters, the HB37V pump truck showed remarkable flexibility and maneuverability in a narrow space, providing an efficient solution to the complex construction challenges.
Strong Construction Capability in Zhuhai Hengqin Science City
At the construction site of Zhuhai Hengqin Science City (Phase I) project, XCMG's large-meter pump truck fleet showed amazing construction strength. The construction task required pouring 5,000 cubic meters of C35 grade concrete at one time, which was extremely difficult. Facing this challenge, XCMG HB72V, HB69V and HB58V pump trucks worked hand in hand to improve the pumping efficiency by 27% with advanced technologies such as 8° low inclination center pump, large diameter crawler pipe and high-horsepower engine, which successfully completed this arduous task.
