1、 Why choose a second-hand loader?

For experienced buyers, a more suitable and high-performance second-hand loader can be purchased at a lower price. With the development of the second-hand loader market, the maturity of market mechanisms, the gradual development of universal accessories, and the opening of channels, second-hand loaders can also have complete after-sales service. If you are just starting out in the construction machinery industry or have a limited budget, purchasing a second-hand loader is a good choice.

2、 How to choose a second-hand loader based on the region?

The region requires a high inventory of loaders. If there is a large inventory of loaders, it will be more convenient to purchase accessories.

(1) It is relatively convenient to repair. If you choose a loader with a large local inventory, then the forklift maintenance technician is already familiar with this model, and it is easier to make judgments when encountering difficulties and miscellaneous problems.

(2) It is relatively easy to resell. For example, if some loaders sell well in a certain part of the country, the depreciation rate of the new car will be lower, so when buying a forklift, be sure to buy a locally available model with a large quantity.

3、 How to choose the correct loader model?

Taking a 5-ton loader as an example, it is divided into three types of vehicles:

(1) If I buy it for earthwork, loosening soil, and loose materials, I can choose a double arm truck, which is fuel-efficient and flexible for engineering.

(2) If the main purpose of purchasing a car is to load it or to shovel loose materials without doing any other work, it is recommended to use a single arm truck. A single arm truck has a much better visibility than a double arm truck, and its bucket turning speed is also much faster, resulting in much higher efficiency.

(3) If you buy it for use, you must have a high efficiency, and we can choose a heavy-duty mining frame. Most forklifts are equipped as standard: the engine is mostly either Weichai Power or Cummins. Most transmissions in China are star transmissions, which are cheap in cost and maintenance. There are also some fixed axle transmissions and ZF and electronic control transmissions.

(1) If it is a general industrial and mining industry, a planetary gearbox can be used, and maintenance is more convenient.

(2) If you are not pursuing perfect handling, it is recommended to use the lever operation, which is simple and practical. The cost and failure rate of the pilot device are high.

(3) Usually it’s a regular bridge and a wet bridge. The cost of wet bridges is high, but the braking performance is good, eliminating a lot of braking systems, resulting in higher efficiency. It is suitable for customers with high efficiency, mining, and sufficient budget.
