XCMG Unveils Cutting-Edge and Sustainable Machinery at the 6th International Customer Festival
XCMG has showcased some of its latest products and technology during the 6th International Customer Festival, including a number of alternative powered machines.
At a recent event that drew over 1,200 guests from more than 60 countries and regions, XCMG showcased a range of advanced machinery designed with sustainability at its core. The company emphasized its commitment to reducing the carbon footprint in heavy industries, introducing several groundbreaking models.
Key highlights included the new electric wheeled loaders, skid steer loaders, backhoe loaders, and mining loaders. Among these, the hybrid XC968-EV loader stands out, boasting an impressive average fuel savings of over 35% compared to traditional fuel-powered loaders.
Also on display was the XC9350, claimed by XCMG to be China’s largest electric drive loader. This model is particularly suited for working with 120-180 ton mining trucks in open-pit mines, offering a 25% reduction in fuel consumption and a 20% increase in work efficiency compared to conventional hydraulic drive loaders.
In addition to loaders, XCMG introduced the XCA60_EV, the world's first hybrid all-terrain crane certified by CE and WVTA. This innovative crane can operate in plug-in, pure electric, and hybrid modes, significantly cutting operational costs by up to 40%.
The event also featured the XLC220-E, China’s largest electric crawler crane. With a remarkable lifting capacity of 220 tons, this crane can perform stable lifting operations for eight hours after just two hours of DC charging, leading to substantial reductions in fuel costs.
XCMG also unveiled a new generation of serialized bulldozer equipment, Series 5 complete road construction equipment, and a comprehensive set of mining road construction machinery. Alongside these physical products, XCMG demonstrated their advancements in digital and intelligent technology.
These innovations mark a significant leap forward in sustainable machinery, reflecting XCMG's dedication to reducing environmental impact while enhancing efficiency in the heavy industry sector.
