XCMG Tower Crane in Tibet
The Tibetan Culture, Radio, Television and Art Center is currently the single building with the largest volume, the highest investment, and the most advanced and complex technology in Tibet. In order to ensure the completion of the construction task on schedule, the customer appointed a number of XCMG XGT8022-20S and XGT7022-12S tower cranes to enter the harsh site with an altitude of 3,600 meters to accept the challenge. The excellent product performance and construction performance of XCMG equipment was rated as "Excellent Operation" by customers.
Challenge 1: Tight project schedule and large volume
Product unitized transportation mode, four hooks complete the main structure hoisting, and the safety device is ex-factory with one-key calibration, which fully shortens the transportation and installation and debugging time. It adopts the first domestic super PLUS technology to increase the lifting capacity of the tower crane with one-click, supplemented by intelligence. The construction operation of the control system can realize multiple mode switching and one-key retraction, which is energy-saving and high-efficiency.
Challenge 2: The construction of the project is difficult
The key parts are free of maintenance, and the whole machine will not fade for 3 years and will not rust for 5 years. Using the industry's first high-strength cold-formed steel application technology, the overall performance is improved by more than 16%, and it can easily adapt to a variety of working conditions.
