XCMG Indonesia New Energy Manufacturing Base was officially signed, and the largest export order of electric mining machinery worth 3 billion yuan was signed with a global mining giant, focusing on displaying the latest achievements of the "No. 1 Project" of the chairman of Zhitai Digital Transformation Network. In 32 years, XCMG has achieved a transformation from "seeing the world from the Bauma" to "letting the world see XCMG from the Bauma".

At the conference, the 2024 Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award Ceremony was held. The project "Innovation and Application of Key Technologies for Suspension of High-Mobility Wheeled Engineering Vehicles" completed by XCMG Heavy Industry, Yanshan University and Jilin University won the Special Prize of the Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award.

It is reported that there are 430 projects for the 2024 Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, including 1 Special Prize, 1 First Prize, 6 Second Prizes, and 4 Third Prizes, for a total of 12 awards, including the only Special Prize in the construction machinery industry.

The project has obtained 67 invention patents, including 35 national invention patents and 32 international PCT patents. At present, the results of the project have been applied to the XCA40 all-terrain crane, which has achieved a revolutionary improvement in the vehicle's obstacle crossing ability. This is the secret of XCMG's powerful vehicle obstacle crossing ability.
