On the morning of September 15, the delivery ceremony of XCMG super-large tower crane XGT8300-320S was grandly held at XCMG Tower Crane Intelligent Manufacturing Base. XGT8300-320S super-large tower crane is a bridge-building weapon jointly developed by XCMG and China Railway Bridge Bureau. It will serve the double-island gate navigable hole bridge six-horizontal side cable tower of the second phase project of Six-Horizontal Bridge after delivery. The bridge has a main span of 1768 meters and a tower height of 246.3 meters. It is the world's largest span single-span steel box girder suspension bridge and the largest span sea-crossing bridge in China.

Li Guoqiang said in his speech that the successful delivery of XGT8300-320S not only adds core equipment to the bridge construction of China Railway Bridge Bureau, but also provides a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project. China Railway Bridge Bureau and XCMG have deep cooperation in equipment research and development, manufacturing and technical application, and have established a comprehensive strategic partnership. XGT8300-320S has a maximum rated lifting capacity of 320 tons and an independent height of up to 117 meters. With 3 attachments installed, the lifting height can reach 314.3 meters. It only takes 13 minutes to lift the components to 400 meters and achieve precise positioning at 5 mm per second. It has 10 internationally leading product performance.

XGT8300-320S innovatively uses 10 core technologies that are internationally leading, such as inverted triangle boom upper and lower split combination technology, double-sided four-cylinder synchronous jacking technology, hydraulic system closed-loop balance pump control technology, etc. It has the advantages of high safety performance, high construction efficiency, large lifting weight and lifting moment, etc. It can solve the problems of heavy lifting components, high construction height, large operation span, high wind and wave in offshore construction, etc., fully meeting customer needs.
