The conference listened to and reviewed the work summary report of the first alliance conference, reported the list of the second chairman, vice chairman, director and member units of the alliance, among which Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. was elected as the chairman unit, Zhejiang University and other nine units were elected as vice chairman units, Beijing Institute of Technology and other 36 units were elected as director units, and elected the second council of the alliance. Academician Yang Huayong was elected as the chairman of the new council.

    Since its establishment, the alliance has adhered to the principle of "focusing on industry technology innovation needs, gathering industry resources, strengthening industry-university-research-application collaboration, and promoting industry development", actively promoted the investment and establishment of Jiangsu Huizhi High-end Construction Machinery Innovation Center by alliance units, independently developed more than 70 core components such as hydraulic, transmission, control, new energy, etc.; organized and applied for six national key R&D projects and four provincial and ministerial key R&D projects; held four major academic forums and more than ten technical lectures to promote industry technology exchange and achieve industry information and resource sharing.

    The innovation alliance will aim at enhancing influence and cohesion in the future, continuously deepen exchange and cooperation, promote collaborative innovation among industry-university-research-application, build a higher-level R&D platform, and support the construction of a world-class construction machinery industry cluster.
