From July 13 to 15, the 8th China International Pipe & Network Exhibition was grandly held in Nanjing. Around 500 enterprises participated in the industry event. XCMG made a wonderful debut with more than 10 innovative products in three categories. This time, XCMG focused on the needs of emergency rescue and drainage pipe maintenance, and exhibited a variety of ‘magic weapons’ such as rotary drilling rigs, waterway dredging and cleaning vehicles and special robots.

At the beginning of the exhibition, XCMG horizontal directional drilling rigs have won contracts. The customer signed a 10million yuan order of three medium and large tonnage horizontal directional drilling rigs, including XCMG XZ6600 and XZ1350.

XZ6600 horizontal directional drilling rig made its fame in the Yellow River Crossing Project of natural gas pipeline. Moreover, in the project of the Sino-Russia East natural gas pipeline, it set the record of longest crossing distance of 1219mm pipe in China.

Powerful sewage suction vehicle XCMG 5183, joint dredging vehicle 5181 and sewage cleaning vehicle 5180 were displayed at the same stage. At present, they have been widely used in Beijing, Shenyang, Dalian, Guangzhou and other cities, guarding the underground pipelines with high quality products.

A customer who has been dealing with underground pipeline equipment for decades said to the staff: ‘I used XCMG sewer dredging and cleaning vehicle before, the equipment is convenient and reliable. Good power, great performance, and our contact with XCMG is also very pleasant. Although we’re familiar with various domestic and foreign brands, XCMG is always our first choice.’

At the same time, XCMG Dok-Ing showed up at the exhibition with four robots, namely, the drainage and water supply robot PL800, the pipeline inspection robot XPR300, the underwater robot DTG3, and the track inspection robot XPPR200.

The drainage and water supply robot PL800 independently developed and produced by XCMG Dok-Ing played a major role in the flood rescue in Shaoguan City this year, and was highly praised. Many clients came to consult about it at the exhibition.

PL800 is equipped with the industry's first intelligent water depth detection system, remote intelligent auxiliary control system and automatic safety protection system, which makes the drainage and water supply operation safer. It is suitable for drainage and rescue in narrow urban places such as underground garages, underground shopping malls, subway stations and culverts.
