CCTV Focus! XCMG crawler crane cluster helps the Xiongshang High-speed Railway Yellow River Super Bridge!
Recently, several XCMG crawler cranes joined forces to support the main bridge project of the Xiongshang High-speed Railway Yellow River Super Bridge, undertaking the lifting tasks of main components such as steel trusses.
The main bridge of the Xiongshang High-speed Railway Yellow River Super Bridge is one of the control projects of the Xiongshang High-speed Railway project. The bridge is 1600 meters long, spans the Yellow River, and is the world's longest ballastless track bridge with a single span. The project has also attracted attention and reports from many media outlets such as CCTV, Xinhua News Agency, and Xinhua Daily Telegraph. On the project site, two XCMG XGC320 and two XCMG XGC150 crawler cranes are in place, working synchronously.
As a star product of XCMG's medium-tonnage crawler cranes, XCMG XGC320 performed brilliantly in this project, using a 58-meter main boom condition, lifting and installing the steel truss beam with a length of 9.73 meters, a width of 3.24 meters, a height of 3.86 meters, and a weight of 66 tons smoothly and accurately, helping the project officially enter the steel beam erection stage.
The Xiongshang High-speed Railway is an important part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network in China, and is an important trunk line that supports and leads the three major strategies of the Belt and Road, the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is also an important infrastructure for the construction of the Xiongan New Area, a millennium plan. After the project is completed, it will be interconnected with the Jingxiong, Shanghehang, Shiji, Zhengxu, Jizheng, Lunan and other high-speed railways, and effectively support the high-quality economic and social development of the regions along the line.
