This project needs to cross the Minjiang River. The crossing distance is long, the formation conditions are complex, and the silt and granite are intertwined. The construction difficulty coefficient is high. Previously, the crossing project was stagnant for 4 years due to equipment capacity and other reasons. During the construction process, the maximum push and pull force of XCMG XZE8200's start-up backhaul reached 370t, and the maximum torque was 90kN·m. The whole process was efficient and the backhaul was successfully completed, which won high recognition from customers and engineering project departments.

The rated push and pull force of the XZE8200 electric drive horizontal directional drilling rig can reach 800t, and the maximum torque is 180kN·m. It has the technical characteristics of high system control accuracy, high degree of intelligence, and strong automation level. It was delivered as soon as it came off the production line. It took 2 years and 3600h of construction verification, and the cumulative crossing distance was more than 8,000 meters.

The Fujian Water Diversion Project is the fifth large-scale construction project completed by XCMG XZE8200.
