At the construction site, the XLC18000M crawler crane adopted the 141+8m standard wind power working condition and successfully completed the hoisting task of a wind turbine with a single blade as long as 111m and a hub center as high as 130m.

During the hoisting process, the tower, nacelle and impeller were precisely docked and completed in one go, demonstrating its strong operating efficiency and excellent construction capabilities. It is worth mentioning that due to the good weather at the construction site, the entire impeller hoisting process took only 30 minutes. Compared with other equipment of the same tonnage, its center of gravity deviation is smaller when lifting the arm, reducing the dependence on the side outriggers, improving the overall stability, and significantly reducing the stress on the slewing bearing, further strengthening the safety performance of the equipment.
