13 XCMG Rotary Drills Speed up the “One Hour Circle” in the Great Bay Area
In Guangzhan high-speed railway Yangjiang North Station, 13 XCMG
rotary drilling rigs assemble into the site. Two of the XCMG XR400D demonstrate
their strength during construction. The monthly output value is up to 3 million
thanks to their excellent performance and high efficiency.
With the total length of 400 kilometers and the total investment of 99.8
billion yuan, the main line of Guangzhan high-speed railway is an important
part of the national high-speed railway network of the "eight vertical and
eight horizontal". It plays an essential role in the development of “land
and sea outreach” and “east and west integration” in Guangdong.
XCMG rotary drilling rigs participate in the construction of the
Yangjiang North Station Project, which connects the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao
Great Bay Area and Hainan Free Trade Zone.
Facing the engineering challenge of slightly weathered granite, the
two XCMG XR400D rotary drilling rigs show their mighty construction strength. The
pile depth is 40-50 meters and the pile diameter is 1.2-1.6 meters. The drilling
rigs attract special attention from the project department by helping customers
complete an output value of more than 3 million yuan in a month. Not only fast
but also quality-guaranteed.
So far, 93% of all rotary drilling rigs along the Yangjiang North
Station project of Guangzhan High-speed Railway are from XCMG. There are 13 XCMG
XR360, XR360E and XR400D rotary drilling rigs on site now. Golden pillars stand
between the sky and the clouds. They are pulling, drilling and spinning,
accelerating the completion of the project.
Around 2000 piles are expected to be installed in Yangjiang North
Station project. XCMG's 13 rotary drilling rigs are giving full play to strong
kinetic energy and are making great contributions to the completion of the whole
project by installing 3 piles every 2 days.
As pile foundations going deep into the ground, the piers and columns
standing high, the construction of the Yangjiang North Station project of
Guangzhan High-Speed Railway began to accelerate. We will be able to have breakfast
in Guangzhou, watch the sea in Yangjiang at noon, and have dinner in Zhanjiang at
dusk by then. The “one-hour circle” in the Great Bay Area will come true!
